1. Why am I not able to see my report?

This could happen if any of the following condition is true:

-Your reports have not been published by your lab

-Some balance is due on your bill

2. Who do I get in touch with for my reports?

We would first recommend contacting your lab directly. You can however also reach out to us through our support page and we will help in coordinating with the right person.

3. What do you mean by HealthScion ID or my unique patient code?

HealthScion ID is your unique registration number on healthscion. With this ID you can visit any healthscion enabled lab and view all your reports under one unified account.

4. How do I find out my HealthScion id?

Your HealthScion id is given to you at the time of registration either via print or through SMS/email.

5. What is HealthScion?

HealthScion is born out of this belief that the healthcare information is equally crucial for both medical facilities and patients. 7. How do I change my personal details?

You can update your personal details by clicking on the “Update Details” link located on the top menubar.
